You can choose the credit card and revolve the balance month-to-month, or you can choose the charge card and pay your balance in full each month. Who is the Authorizing Officer and who is the Program Manager? Generally, a company officer signs the application, and this person is the Authorizing Officer on the account. A company also selects a Program Manager to make decisions about its credit program. This person can be the Authorizing Officer, or another designated employee, such as an Accounts Payable representative. A company can have multiple Program Managers, but they need to be listed officially on the account to make decisions for the company. The Authorizing Officer also can dictate changes on the account. When will I receive a bill for account activity? Your company will receive one bill – or Statement – after each monthly billing cycle. Charges will be listed by cardholder on your Statement. The “Total Amount Due” shown on your Statement is due from the Company within 25 days following the end of the billing cycle. Individual cardholders will receive transaction memo Statements listing their charges. Why do I need to provide my Social Security number? Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies you when you open an account. We will use your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number and other information for this purpose. The Social Security number combined with the birth date of the cardholder also provides a powerful way to guard against identity theft, especially when calling the customer service department. Can I place limits on how much my employees use their Business Cards? Yes. You can limit the dollar amount and number of transactions your employees can charge. Or, you can set daily limits and restrict certain purchase categories. Your monthly consolidated statements are also available online. You can track employees’ spending for up to 12 months. Can I manage my account online? Yes. You can check your business expenses anytime online by logging in to. You can make online payments, dispute transactions, review current transactions and review Statements for up to 12 previous months.
